In 2012, Sfoglini opened its doors Brooklyn, NY with a dream to build on the rich history of pasta making in New York and bring a superior, American produced pasta to the USA. With a mix of unique pasta designs, quality organic wheats and ingenuity, Sfoglini offered an interesting blend of shapes and flavors that stands out in the grocery aisle and on the dinner plate. Sfoglini sailed their operations up the river to New York's Hudson Valley in 2018 to a new 40,000 sq.ft. facility where Sfoglini pasta is now dreamt up, produced, packaged and shipped.
Our name is inspired by the tradition of the Italian Sfogline who perfected the art of pasta making using centuries-old techniques they shared with their families and communities. Over time, their role evolved into a more professional craft and the sfogline passed their skills down through generations.
At Sfoglini, we continue to honor these traditions through our innovations in shape artistry. The perfect shape enhances a meal by improving texture, sauce adherence, cooking consistency and visual appeal.
