Hidehito Uki arrived in Hawaii with little more than a noodle machine and a dream. He then spent 4 decades learning a new language, gaining new friendships, and perfecting his craft noodles. Today, Mr. Uki and the whole Sun Noodle 'ohana make noodles for some of the best ramen shops on the islands, the mainland, and around the world - and now for you to enjoy at home.
