Changing the Flavor of Healthy!
Jacqueline and her co-founder met working long hours as a sales team for a local Utah company. They would bring snacks from home or buy snacks from vendors, and YUCK! Either they tasted terrible if they were good for you, OR they just weren't good for you.
They began looking into the healthy snack market. They tried every brand they could find. There really wasn't much out there that tasted good and hit all their qualifications for being healthy. Some were dairy-free, some non-GMO, some had low-glycemic sweeteners, some were gluten-free, some were organic. But nothing seemed to contain most of the qualities they were looking for, and if it did, it didn't taste good.
In 2017 Jacqueline co-founded E3 ENERGY CUBES Inc. with a mission to "Change the Flavor of Healthy" by creating good clean foods for any lifestyle. After consulting food scientists, chefs, and nutritionists, they were unsatisfied, so they went into the kitchen themselves. They sourced only the finest ingredients, and E3 ENERGY CUBES were born.
Later in 2020, Norris Cole, two-time NBA Champion for the Miami Heat joined the company as an investor.
