Hi, I’m Erica, and I’ve always had a sweet tooth.

Candy was my go-to whenever I wanted something sweet, but as I got older, those moments started to feel… complicated. There was the sugar spike, the crash, and honestly, candy seemed to disappear in just a few seconds (!!).

My mom loved hard candy, but I could never get into it. It felt outdated and artificial, and over before it even got good.

I wanted... no needed... something different. A hard candy that actually lasted, made with organic ingredients, low sugar, and flavors that felt transportive instead of boring. I wanted a sweet moment I could fully enjoy without overthinking it.

And when I couldn’t find it, I (very logically) left my law career to make it!

With my pup Skye by my side, I set out from Jupiter, Florida to build candy for real life. You know, for the car rides, the 3pm craving, or after dinner when you want something sweet but don’t want to unravel your whole day.
