Mekhala Co-founders Daphne & Diane grew up in a food-loving home in multicultural Singapore, where a scrumptious, home cooked meal meant 'I Love You'.
Frustrated with the artificial additives and preservatives, and the high amounts of sugar in most Asian store-bought products, the duo developed a range of clean, flavorful, and easy-to-use Asian-inspired products for the time-pressed modern cook.
Using beautiful ingredients sourced from local farmers, our female-led Thai team manufactures Mekhala's products in our very own facility in Chiang Mai ensuring top quality control.
