What began as a sustainability project between Australian co-founders Julian Mitchell and Ryan Creed – collecting waste coffee grounds to grow mushrooms – quickly evolved into something much more powerful.

It sparked a discovery: functional mushrooms like lion’s mane, reishi, and cordyceps could be transformed into potent liquid extracts, offering a natural addition to daily wellness. By harnessing the intelligence of mushrooms, they uncovered a natural way to elevate human health, performance, and longevity.

In the spirit of regeneration, Lifecykel was born – a name inspired by the full life cycle of the mushroom, and the Scandinavian approach to balanced, healthy living.

The mission: to unlock the intelligence of mushrooms, not only for sustainability, but for human vitality. Circularity was both method and mindset.

The priority: Bio-intelligence R&D. Their first hire was a scientist, laying the foundation for research-led innovation into the health-enhancing potential of mushrooms.

As the movement grew, so did the vision and the reach. The company expanded into the United States with a state-of-the-art facility in Peshtigo, Wisconsin, where all products are now formulated, manufactured, and shipped. Today, Lifecykel is trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers, pro athletes, elite trainers, and high performers across the globe.
