Frozen One was born from a simple frustration: why do high-protein, better-for-you products have to taste like a compromise? As two young, fitness-conscious gym-goers, we were tired of chalky protein bars, sugary shakes, and constantly searching for something that combined real indulgence with real nutrition. When we couldn't find it, we decided to make it.
We created Frozen One to be the first protein ice cream that truly delivers on both fronts: clean, high-quality protein that actually tastes and feels like the ice cream you know and love. Each pint packs a whopping 40 grams of protein, only 390–430 calories, and just a fraction of the sugar and fat found in traditional ice cream. No artificial sweeteners or flavors, no gluten—just an all-natural pint with the kind of ingredient label you'd be proud to share.
We launched locally in Austin, TX in early 2025 and saw immediate momentum. From fitness studios to corporate office pop-ups, people were drawn to Frozen One not just because of what was in it—but also because of what wasn't. We're not asking anyone to sacrifice flavor, texture, or joy. Frozen One captures the indulgence of everyone's favorite dessert while packing the macros of a protein shake.
This seemingly unthinkable combination has fueled our growing community of fans who care about what they eat—but still want to enjoy the foods they love.
