PaperChef originated in 2009 as a start up brand in Toronto, CA. The brand quickly became the leading premium parchment brand in CA. Expansion of the brand into the United States followed and in 2020 the company moved to LaVergne, TN. Today, PaperChef can be found in many top retailers, and grocery stores throughout North America.
