Montalbano was founded in 1965 by a group of artisans that were working and growing mainly as co-packers for bigger industry players. In the late 90s was bought from the present property and started his journey to became a well recognized brand in the Italian market and subsequently started to export to US, Europe and Asia, following the export vocation of the property. After getting all the quality certifications needed to excel in the world industry, Montalbano then was pioneer in Italy in the market of Organic products, gluten free and vegan. In recent years Montalbano has obtained also the "Non GMO project verified" certification, to testify its vocation to healthy and safe foods.
