We are thrilled to introduce our newest subsidiary, Sun Lovin' Foods, a dynamic addition to the Pacific Date Corporation family. Pacific Date is vertically integrated from growing, producing, packing, and shipping our products, Medjools, Deglet Noor, and our new energy bites. As a company that handles 15 million pounds of dates per year and has been a leading multi-generational grower since 1966, this strategic move represents our commitment to growth, innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Sun Lovin' Foods supplies Conventional and Organic Medjool Dates and Snack Bites. Our two new brands, Sun Lovin' Dates and Sun Lovin' Bites offer premium quality, fresh produce, and sustainable packaging. Our food safety program is BRC AA+ rated with a state-of-the-art facility and up-to-date machinery and equipment. We offer private labels and sustainable packaging like our stand-up resealable PCR pouch line. In addition to making eco-conscious decisions with our packaging, we have added a new 700 KW solar panel system that supplies most of the energy to run the operation.
