Bio Creative Labs was founded by Jason Freeman in 2002 with a mission to inspire conscious self-care by creating mindful beauty & wellness products to promote balance, purpose, and love. Based out of Southern California, Bio Creative Labs manages a retail line called Petal Fresh and professional line called Be Care Love, both focused on personal care products for hair, body, bath, and skin. Bio Creative Labs views beauty holistically and acknowledges that we must care for all parts of the self: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

Headquartered in Costa Mesa, but with a global footprint, Bio Creative Labs believes in staying nimble and innovative in a continuously evolving industry landscape. Our products are natural, good-for-you, cruelty-free, and vegan. We banned over 1600 harmful ingredients including sulfates and parabens to protect you and the planet.

We are a mindful beauty company, grounded in the belief that true beauty starts from within. We believe that in order to look beautiful, one must first feel beautiful; we seek to help people understand their bodies’ needs and build a positive mindset while achieving personal and professional growth. And we don’t just say it, we mean it: our team’s development is at the core of what we do, providing opportunities for employees to participate in programs such as the Young Leadership Organization, a workshop designed to prepare future business leaders for success.
