Being an individual who eats grains, rices and legumes almost everyday, TJ Song, founder and owner of Minsley sought tasty & convenient products but nothing existed in the marketplace.
He decided to create a cooked rice, grains and legume business, and the first state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was completed in November, 2005.
