We're focused on being the best version of ourselves and contributing to a more wholesome world ? beyond just snacks. It wasn't always easy, but our mission was always clear: use the company to build our people, minimize our footprint, and delight our customers with clean, organic snacks at a great value.
We were founded in 2005 and started by simply living up to our name. Our snacks were a better alternative to the big name snacks out there, and our slogans ("Snack like a kid again") spoke to the inner child. But let's be honest? the snacks weren't really healthy!
In 2011, our inner child grew up...just a little. We opened up our own factory to give ourselves control of our destiny, and pivoted to low-fat, low-calorie, real ingredients. We also threw a bunch of new snacks at the wall to see what would stick (which made a real crumbly mess).
In 2014, we were no longer content to be merely healthy-ish, we found our calling to make the world a little less evil by offering people truly better-for-you snacks made from premium organic ingredients. We reigned in our scope to focus on quality, and on making the tastiest, healthiest popcorn ever.
Today: the lightbulb-going-off, popcorn-kernel-exploding moment: snacking as a vessel for mindfulness. Using simple, sustainable acts to make clean snacks that inspire connection, to our own bodies and to those around us. We've perfected the art of popcorn? now we're on a mission to refresh the entire snack world with treats that make us feel as fantastic as they taste!
