Nancy's Probiotic Foods
Information
In 1960, newly married and fresh out of college, Chuck and Sue Kesey opened the doors to Springfield Creamery. A small, humble creamery, it soon became clear that a niche product was needed, and in 1970 Nancy's Yogurt, the first yogurt in the U.S. to contain live probiotics, was launched.
From there the colorful story has evolved over half a century. Springfield Creamery, located in Eugene, Oregon is still family owned and operated by the Kesey family, now three generations strong. Offering a full line of organic and natural dairy products, Nancy's Probiotic Foods is distributed nationally throughout the U.S., and are considered esteemed pioneers in probiotic foods. After nearly six decades, there are bound to be some good stories, some that might surprise you - we invite you to check them out on our site (NancysYogurt.com). In the meantime, we would all agree, it is amazing what can be achieved when one stays true to the principles of creating genuinely healthy foods and investing in their community.
