Sergio Brugnoli was the visionary founder of La Rustichella Truffles, and his legacy remains at the core of our company culture. In 1986, together with his wife Maria, he was able to realize his dream: creating the best truffle paté on the market using the highest quality ingredients.
Sergio's goal was not only to create an amazing product, but he also wanted to
