Happy-Lab is a story of passion, tradition and the pursuit of happiness.

Emilio had been in the gourmet gastronomy sector for 25 years when he met Josep and discovered his aromatic herb workshop in the Pyrenees.

Josep, a city kid, had long ago moved to the mountains to devote himself to creating his own infusions. In his laboratory, surrounded by recipes, he taught Emilio the secrets of the perfect formula with leaves, flowers of unparalleled aromas and spices from distant lands.

It was then, in the midst of calm conversations and steaming cups of tea, that they discovered that Josep's wisdom and love for plants were perfectly complemented by Emilio's experience and knowledge of gourmet products.

So they decided to embark on a new project together.
