Timbaúba SA.
Information
Timbaúba S.A. began in 1990 as an agricultural operation dedicated to mango and grape cultivation in the São Francisco Valley of Brazil. For more than two decades, the company focused on growing, harvesting, and exporting fresh fruit, supplying international buyers with consistent quality directly from the farm.
In 2012, the organization expanded from primary agriculture into industrial processing. Leveraging its control over raw materials, Timbaúba developed a beverage operation capable of contract packing for major companies. This capability positioned the company as a trusted co-packer for brands such as Coca-Cola and Del Valle, establishing a reputation for process discipline, food-safety reliability, and large-scale operational consistency.
The next phase of evolution came in 2017, when the company launched its own consumer brand, OQ, created to apply the same agricultural and industrial precision to a portfolio of 100% natural juices and coconut water. The brand reflected a shift from being solely a supplier to becoming an integrated agro-industry with end-to-end ownership: from farm origin to bottled product.
Over the past decades, the company's progression—from fruit grower, to exporter, to industrial co-packer, to brand owner—has defined a trajectory grounded in agricultural expertise, technical capability, and long-term commitment to natural beverage production.
