Heritage Kulfi

I grew up in a traditional South Asian household where food and in particular desserts were an inseparable part of daily life and identity. These culinary treats left a strong imprint on me and as I began to shape my own identity as both a native New Yorker and of South Asian decent, I yearned to better understand and connect with the same ingredients and foods I grew up with it. With my personal fondness of ice cream and having run a frozen distribution company for several years, I established Heritage Kulfi in 2020 to bring forth creative and authentic interpretations of these decadent ingredients. I spent over a year creating each flavor profile, designing all my own packaging, and learning commercial ice cream making. I am very proud of the flavors we offer and the amazing response I continue to receive from our customers as we grow nationwide.
