HAPPY NUTS DAY was founded in 2013 in Chiba, Japan, when a group of skater friends received surplus peanuts that were considered unsellable. Inspired to reduce waste and highlight the true flavor of Japanese peanuts, we began roasting, hand-selecting, and crafting artisanal peanut butter. What started in a small kitchen has grown into a brand rooted in community, sustainability, and a passion for bringing Japanese craftsmanship to everyday food.
