Nicolas and Zisis Tachas, second generation cheese producers, keeping up a 40-year-old tradition, in 2001 established the company by the name: "Tachas Farm".
In a modern cheese production plant combining traditional knowledge with education of cheese-making, producing a wide range of dairy quality products.
Tachas Farm collects the raw material (sheep, goat and cow milk) from the area around Olympus mountain in Central Greece – Thessalia.
Each producer has been supplied by the company with a specific freezing tank, where milk is preserved promptly in low temperatures after milking, until the moment of delivery by the company truck.
