It all started 45 years ago when Yiannis Efstathiadisintroduced to the market the first Roasted and Peeled Peppers. From his very early steps in life he was offering with passion food products in the classic small streets region in the city of Thessaloniki. When the market needs for peeled roasted peppers emerged Yiannis took the opportunity to set up his small handmade production site. Few months later he was proud to present his first crop production of 700 tins and 100 jars for the local market which was hungry for much more. Soon after, the first export came and nowadays the 2ndgeneration family driven company NESTOS S.A. exports its products all over the world.
