Our new, state-of-the-art R&D and applications laboratory located adjacent to our Flemington, New Jersey manufacturing facility enables rapid innovation and seamless scale-up. The lab is equipped with a mini spray dryer for process modeling, a high-pressure homogenizer for emulsion and encapsulation development, and stability chambers for accelerated and real-time shelf-life assessments. This integrated technical platform allows us to optimize particle morphology, moisture profile, dispersibility, encapsulation efficiency, and long-term product stability before full-scale commercialization.
