In early 2025 Brian saw a gap in the market for tallow tortilla chips. Passionate about clean eating and healthy living, he decided to found Vaca Chips in January 2025. Brian met Josh (co-founder) playing amateur hockey and the pair worked relentlessly for 4 months to develop their first SKU, Original (salt). The Original SKU launched with DTC sales in April of 2025, and it has been a rocket ship ever since. Vaca chips launched two new SKUs, Classic Ranch, and Zesty Lime in December of 2025. Vaca can be found at over 150 retailers nationwide with big plans for expansion in 2026.
