So many "healthy" options force a tradeoff between taste and nutrition, or require routines that don't match real life. We believed there was room for something better—something genuinely satisfying, nourishing, and easy.

Founded in 2025, Frankly So grew out of Harvest B, an Australian protein manufacturing company launched in 2021 by an American entrepreneur and an Australian VC. Harvest B's expertise in clean, high-protein ingredient systems gave us a foundation few snack brands start with: the ability to create crunchy, craveable textures using short, simple ingredient lists and meaningful protein. That technical backbone unlocked a new expression of protein snacking—light, crisp, flavour-forward, and designed for everyday use.

Our team came together with a shared belief that food should support people, not ask them to work harder to achieve their goals. We wanted to create products that deliver both pleasure and purpose: snacks and toppers that taste great, feel good, and fit seamlessly into the way people actually live. The food should do the work—so they don't have to.

Using Harvest B's protein technology, we developed a versatile, shelf-stable protein crisp that carries flavour beautifully and stays crunchy. From there, we built a brand voice designed to be smart, direct, and refreshingly clear—because nourishment shouldn't come with confusion or compromise.

Today, Frankly So represents a modern, balanced approach to eating. We focus on creating high-protein foods that people genuinely enjoy—crunchy, satisfying, flavour-led products that make better eating feel obvious and attainable.
